Dale came to Total Comfort Weatherization in August of 2004. He brings over 25 years of management experience. His expertise has been in both the private sector and with the State of Oregon. Dale's experience includes budget and personnel management, sales and contract negotiation, and program evaluation. In 2000, Dale was nominated for State Manager of the Year. This nomination was based on his ability to train and build team oriented operations. Prior to working for the State of Oregon, Dale was the production/purchasing manager for Reno Iron Works in Reno, Nevada. In that position he was responsible for purchasing and fabrication of steel for building hotels and casinos. Dale is a native Oregonian, born and raised in the Salem area. He is an active member of the Marion County Sheriffs Posse doing search and rescue. Dale is an avid hunter and enjoys spending time with his eight grandchildren.
