The Blower Door forces air through the leaks typically found around ducting, in un-insulated nooks and crannies, and around doors and windows. A leak detection tool then pinpoints and measures the leaks, giving you a good idea of the magnitude of your energy loss. Testing can also determine if you are getting an adequate supply of fresh air into your home.

Adding insulation alone does not stop cold air leaking into your home.
