Insulation--in your attic or walls, under your floor, or covering your ductwork--is the most basic thing that you can do to make your home warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer, cut your utility bills, and keep out unwanted noise. Since heat will always flow toward cold, it is essential to have proper insulation not only in your attic but under your floor and in your walls as well.
Total Comfort is a cut above the rest when it comes to products and installation. We use primarily Johns Manville fiberglass that will not burn, is up to 60% recycled, and is free of formaldahyde and other harmful chemicals. We also know that it is the details that makes insulation work as it should. We take the time and care to do it right. This means baffeling, damming, venting in the attic; proper density,a full fill, and careful patching in the walls; and full and permanent support under the floor without compressions.
