Terry Hutchinson was born and raised in Portland. He spent two years in the military. After his tour of duty, Terry worked for thirteen years in the local window manufacturing and glass fabrication industries. Following that, he worked for five years in the Hood River area as a weatherization inspector and energy auditor for the Hood River Conservation Project, a special research project sponsored by Pacific Power and the Bonneville Power Adminstration. After the Hood River Project Terry spent five more years working in energy conservation for public utilities in southwestern Washington. Terry brings his wealth of experience and knowledge to Total Comfort and is a great asset to the organization.
