As suggested I set my thermostat at 55 degrees at night and 65 during the day. Last year, I never had the temp over 65. And it was noticeably more comfortable. I am a "Born Again" Christian and believe it was His provision that established these wonderful programs for those who are without the ability to "pay their way".
